Notes:

The first issue came out on black vinyl with the "incredible metallic hammersmiths" labels and the "black/gold" cover. A few weeks later the clear version came out, followed by red & yellow, and after that the blue & green version came out. All versions were repressed (except the black & clear ones). There is also a "black/white" test press cover.
